What We Do

Application & Screening

Families apply through our comprehensive intake process. We carefully evaluate each child's needs, interests, and goals to ensure program fit.

Using our proven compatibility assessment, we pair children with mentors based on shared interests, personality, and developmental needs.

Mentors and children meet regularly in structured activities designed to build trust, communication skills, and mutual respect.

Dedicate 2-4 hours per week to guide and inspire a young person. Full training and ongoing support provided. Background checks required.
